How do I join a class/What do I do after I've paid?
After you submit your payment, you should recieve login information for your class within 24 hours. All of our classes are conducting using videoconferencing software provided by Mitel, which offers all the functionality of a real classroom (and more!). You should recieve a link, along with a toll-free number for dial-in voice access, when you sign up for the class. If you have any problems or questions, please e-mail the Webmaster. (We also recommend you test your system here some time before the class begins.)
Can I view the class again?
All of our live classes can be viewed and re-viewed for two weeks after the date the class.
I don't see the class I'm looking for, or the date is not convenient for my schedule.
If you don't see what you want on the schedule, just e-mail us! We are always happy to work with groups or companies to set up a class that fits your schedule. You can also download one of our reasonably-priced pre-recorded classes. You won't get the benefit of live interaction with the instructor, but it is a great way to quickly pick up the skills you need on your schedule.
